We are happy for you to collect your order but please do let us know beforehand so we can have this ready for you.
All orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same working day, any orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next working day.
If you have not received your items within 5 days of purchase, please contact us so we can assist you with this.
Please note that next day delivery is only Monday to Friday and excludes weekends & bank holidays.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns on any of our products except custom cutting orders up to 30 days after purchase, we can either offer a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any postage costs to return your items. Please do let us know beforehand that you will be returning the items by emailing us at: sales@spduk.co.uk or calling us on: 01296 334677.
We kindly ask that all returns are well packed to avoid any damage during transit, we would also advise that pictures are taken of the parcel before being sent as this could be required if claiming for any damage or loss.
In the unfortunate event that a parcel has arrived to us damaged or has been lost by the transport company, we are unable to offer any refund or credit and a claim will have to be placed with the transport company responsible.
Please also note that SPD UK are unable to refund any delivery charges paid by the customer unless SPD UK are at fault.
SPD UK has the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on orders above £500.00. This charge will be deducted from funds currently held.
Once the return has arrived back into our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days.
