Terms & Conditions


Orders
If you place an order with us before 1pm, we will send your order out the same working day. However, orders placed after 1pm will be sent the following working day. If you make an error when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been shipped we can amend this for you, however, if your order has been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cover any costs to have these items sent back to us for an exchange.

Payment 
We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards such as; Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard, through the use of sage pay. We also accept payments through PayPal. We also offer the option to pay by debit or credit card over the phone, if you wish to do this please call us on 01296 334677.

Delivery
If you place an order with us before 1pm, we will send your order out the same working day. However, orders placed after 1pm will be sent the following working day. We will send all orders on a standard shipment, unless you have chosen another option when ordering. We offer standard shipment for free on all orders posted in the UK. We also offer the choice of UK First Class delivery which is estimated, but not guaranteed, to reach you within 1-3 days, UK First Class delivery will also be charged at an additional cost. We offer UK Next Day delivery, which will also be charged at an additional cost. We offer delivery to Northern Ireland, which will be charged at an additional cost and finally, we offer International delivery, this will also be charged at an additional cost and we ask that you please contact us for a quote for all deliveries outside of the UK.

Collections
We offer the option for you to collect your item(s). We will contact you when they are ready to be collected. All items will need to be collected from Unit 33 Edison Road, Rabans Lane Industrial Estate, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8TE. Please let us know if you wish to collect your items by giving us a call or emailing us. 

Returns
We accept returns on all items if an error has been made on our behalf, on all items that are damaged or of a non merchantable quality and also on items if you have just simply changed your mind. We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. We can either offer you a refund or an exchange. Please let us know if you will be returning your items by calling us on 01296 334677 or emailing us at: sales@spduk.co.uk. You will need to state whether you wish to have a refund or an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any postage costs to have these items sent back to us unless we are at fault. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of purchase.

Availability
All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any of the products in your order are not available. We can give you the option to receive part of your order and send the rest when we have it available or we can send you a full refund straight away. 

Prices
The prices shown on our website are excluding delivery costs and VAT. Any delivery costs will be added to the total amount due at the checkout. We have the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Due to a large amount of products on our website, occasionally there may be an incorrect price in which case we have the right to cancel your order and charge you the correct price.

Cancellations 
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you order has already been shipped you can send this back to us for a full refund or exchange. However, we are unable to cover any postage costs involved in this. If your order has not already been shipped we can cancel this for you straight away and send a full refund. 

Refunds
We will send a refund for any goods returned to us. We will only refund the price of the goods, and not any postage costs unless the goods are damaged or a mistake has been made on our behalf. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours however, please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to clear in your account.
